Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • with tags attached

You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping, so there is no return cost for the customer if the return is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how to return the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order when you receive it. If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or you received the wrong item

please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care items
  • perishable goods
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are not sure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the easiest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to process and post the refund.
